A Harrisburg man is accused of firing multiple gunshots into an occupied vehicle before barricading himself with two children, police announced on Saturday, Dec. 28. Alick M. Isom, 21, has been charged with two counts of felony criminal attempt homicide, two counts of felony aggravated assault, one count of felony person not to possess a firearm, and two counts of misdemeanor recklessly endangering another person, according to the Harrisburg Police Department. A 4-year-old girl known for her love of life, learning, and chocolate ice cream with sprinkles has been identified as the victim of a devastating crash in Harrisburg earlier this month, authorities confirmed to Daily Voice on Friday, Nov. 29. Brynley “Bryn” Eliza Kropnick, of East Lampeter Township, was fatally injured in a vehicle accident at the U.S. Route 22/322 interchange with Interstate 81 on Friday, Nov. 8, around 6:15 p.m., according to the Dauphin County Coroner's Office.
