A Harrisburg man is accused of firing multiple gunshots into an occupied vehicle before barricading himself with two children, police announced on Saturday, Dec. 28. Alick M. A 38-year-old dad has been identified as the victim of a shooting that prompted a large police presence in Harrisburg on Friday evening, Sept. 13.
