A ghost gun and a stash of heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, mushrooms, and other drugs were seized during a search warrant at a Lancaster apartment following a weeks-long drug investigation, police announced in a release issued Thursday, July 16.
Members of the Lancaster City Bureau of Police's Selective Enforcement Unit executed the warrant at an apartment in the first block of South Ann Street at approximately 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, after investigating Charles Shipp for allegedly selling drugs, police said.
