Warrant Issued For Ex-Con Found With Stolen Firearms In MontCo Traffic Stop: Cops Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of a 43-year-old man who was found with stolen firearms while driving on a suspended license in Montgomery County, police said. Jonathan Karcher was stopped on Sept. 25, 2023 on Welsh Road in Lower Moreland by an officer who watched him violate multiple traffic rules, and noticed he had a tinted plate rendering it unreadable, the LMPD said.
