PA State Police Car Catches Fire On Route 80 A PSP vehicle caught fire on a Luzerne County highway late Monday, July 15, according to officials.  The blaze happened on Route 80 near mile marker 272.1, said White Haven Fire Company. York County Man, 55, Dies In Vehicle Fire: Police Authorities are investigating a deadly vehicle fire in Manchester Township.  Northern York Regional police were called to the 2400 block of Pin Oak Drive around 11:50 p.m. Thursday, May 23. They arrived to find a white 1994 GMC Safari minivan fully engulfed in flames.  York Area United Fire and Rescue extinguished the fire and 55-year-old Thomas Rooney was found dead in the van, police said.
