Stabbing In Chester County Leads To Attempted Homicide Charges For MD Woman: PA State Police A Maryland woman is facing attempted homicide charges after stabbing a Chester County resident on Wednesday, Nov. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Sadie Sapp, 18, of Rising Sun, Maryland, stabbed an East Nottingham Township resident in the 2800 block of Forge Road, state police said in a news release. She then fled in a vehicle.
