The Constellation Energy Corporation has entered a purchase agreement with Microsoft meaning a nuclear reactor could be turned back on on Three Mile Island as soon as 2028, the company announced in a release on Friday, Sept. 20. A horse-and-buggy crash closed part of PA 340 in Lancaster County on Thursday evening, Sept. 19, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice.
