PA Teen Smashes Through Ceiling In Tobacco Hut Heist: Police A Pennsylvania teen is accused of breaking into a Lancaster business by smashing through the ceiling, police announced Friday, Nov. 15. Isaac William Powell Lamison, 18, of Emigsville, has been charged with burglary, criminal mischief, and possession of marijuana after breaking into the Tobacco Hut on 1400 Manheim Pike in Lancaster,  according to Manheim Township Police.
