Man Accused Of Raping 6-Year-Old PA Girl Arrested (Update) The Coatesville man wanted for repeatedly raping a six-year-old Chester County girl has been arrested, according to the Parkesburg Borough Police Department. Mark Eric Allen, 57, was arrested and charged with Rape of Child and related offenses on Thursday, Nov. 14, police said. The Phoenixville Borough Police Department aided in his arrest. Missing Man With Paranoid Schizophrenia Disorder Could Be In Danger, Schuylkill Twp Police Say A man who has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia disorder has disappeared, according to a Missing Endangered Person Alert issued by the Schuylkill Township Police Department announced on Tuesday evening, Aug. 6.  Jeffrey DiMaio, 64 of Liberty House, was last seen driving a 2013 gray Ford Focus with the Pennsylvania license plate GKZ7895 in the area of Liberty House Lane, Phoenixville at 5 p.m. on Aug. 4, according to a separate MEPA alert issued on 511PA.  The vehicle was spotted by automatic license plate readers in the Marcus Hook area around 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 5, the Sc…
