Two men who were wanted by police for a stabbing the day before Independence Day, have been captured, Harrisburg police announced on Thursday, July 25 Placido Rodriguez-Santiago, 43, and Omar Steven Rodriguez-Santiago, 43, both of Harrisburg, were arrested on July 24, police say and court records confirm. Omar was charged with the following: Felony Aggravated Assault - Attempts to cause Serious Bodily Injury or causes injury with extreme indifference.
