A driver was cited for failing to obey a fire police officer directing traffic after a low-speed collision in Antrim Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania State Police announced. The incident occurred when the driver, operating a Nissan Altima, was traveling slowly eastward on Mason Dixon Road near the Interstate 81 northbound ramp. A fire police officer was directing vehicles following an earlier crash on the interstate. Two people were killed in a crash on Interstate 81 on Wednesday, Aug. 21, Pennsylvania State Police announced. The single-vehicle crash led to two people being pronounced dead at the scene, and the two other passengers were taken to local hospitals for injuries, according to PA State Police.
