Man ID'd After Fatal Shot By Police Following PA Domestic Incident Philadelphia police have identified the armed man officers shot dead following a domestic disturbance that escalated into a gunfire exchange and vehicle pursuit through Southwest Philadelphia, authorities announced on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
