Plow Truck Overturns In Franklin County Amid Snowy Conditions Plow Truck Overturns In Franklin County Amid Snowy ConditionsA plow truck overturned in snowy conditions in Franklin County on Sunday, Dec. 15, shutting down Welsh Run Road, authorities said. Firefighters with the M M P & W Volunteer Fire Company responded to the crash at Welsh Run Road near Fort Loudon Road around 8 p.m. The stretch of Welsh Run Road between Fort Loudon and Mercersburg roads was closed as crews worked to clear the scene. No injuries were reported, according to officials.
