Suicidal Driver Charged With Homicide For Striking Pedestrian Into PA Toy Store: Affidavit A driver has been charged with homicide by vehicle after a high-speed crash killed a man in a wheelchair, Harrisburg police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 12.  Ricardo Alfredo Contreras-Cordero was driving north on 2nd Street when his vehicle left the roadway, crashing into multiple buildings and striking a pedestrian on the west sidewalk.  The collision occurred around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, in the 300 block of North Second Street. Wheelchair Bound Man ID'd After Fatal Central PA Toy Store Strike: Coroner The man struck dead by a vehicle outside a toy store has been identified, Dauphin County officials told Daily Voice on Monday, Oct. 7. Eusebio Forestier, 68, of Harrisburg, was using a mobility scooter when he was struck by a vehicle, the officials told us citing the Dauphin County Coroner's Office. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday morning, Oct. 8. The fatal crash happened in the 300 block of North Second Street in Harrisburg around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, police detailed in the release.
