80-Year-Old Woman At Fault For Her Fatal Crash On Rt 22: PA State Police An 80-year-old entered Route 22 "without proper clearance" causing the crash that led to her death, Pennsylvania State Police stated in a release on Thursday, Oct. 17.  The Harrisburg woman, whose name has been withheld, was driving her 2025 Kia Sportage north on South Oak Grove Road when she stopped and then entered Allentown Boulevard/S.
