Crash Causes Major Delays On I-81: PennDOT (Developing) There's lane restriction on Interstate 81 following a multiple vehicle crash on Friday evening, Sept. 27, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice.  Emergency crews were called to the scene of the crash on  on I-81 southbound 1.1 miles north of Exit 57: PA 114 - Mechanicsburg at 6:08 p.m., according to PennDOT's 511PA. No injuries have been reported, according to emergency dispatchers.  A tow was at the scene at 7 p.m., Schreffler said.  Check back here for updates.

Pedestrian ID'd After Fatal Hit-Run Strike Near Dutch Wonderland: Coroner The pedestrian who was fatally struck by a vehicle outside a hotel near multiple amusement parks has been identified by the Lancaster County Coroner on Friday, Aug. 30.  John Zimmerman, 72, original of Lititz but recently of Lancaster, died at the scene of the strike at 2270 Lincoln Highway East at Fairfield Inn, according to the coroner. Vehicle Slams Into Fence On Rt 30 Ramp: PennDOT A vehicle crash into a fence at a Route 30 ramp is causing some delays on Monday, Aug. 5, according to PennDOT's 511PA.  The crash happened at the Route 30 Westbound on-ramp at Kreutz Creek Road in Hellam Township around 11:15 a.m., according to the York County Department of Emergency Services dispatch log.  The ramp was closed as emergency crews remained on the scene. Rt 11 Reopens After Fatal Tanker Truck Crash: PennDOT A coroner was called to the scene of a crash on Route 11 on Wednesday morning, according to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler.  The crash is believed to have been between a tanker truck and a passenger vehicle, Schreffler explained. It happened between Schoolhouse and Cove roads at around 11:30 a.m. on July 10.
