Joann filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in a Delaware court, the company said in a news release on Wednesday, Jan. 15. Two Cut With Knife During Scuffle At PA Waterpark: Authorities Three people were arrested when an argument at a Scranton waterpark became violent last Friday, June 14, according to city police.  Authorities said it happened in the parking lot after an adult swim event at Montage Mountain. Multiple parkgoers "engaged in an altercation" that left four people injured, including two who were cut by a knife, officials said.  Those arrested:  Nyree Kenya Tawanda Pemberton, 25, of Ithaca, New York was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
