One person is in the hospital after a fire ripped through a duplex in Cumberland County on Tuesday night, Nov. 5, according to Northeast Fire and Rescue. The blaze broke out in the three-story duplex located in the 200 block of Wyoming Avenue in East Pennsboro Township at 10:52 p.m., officials explained. A child was hospitalized following a row home fire in York County on Wednesday evening, Aug. 21, according to York Area United Fire and Rescue. The call to the two-alarm fire at the row home located at 525 South Albermarle Street in Spring Garden Township came in at 11:35 p.m. according to a release by the York Area United Fire and Rescue Fire Chief Daniel J. A 69-year-old man, a dog, and a cat died in an apartment complex fire that displaced 22 other residents on Sunday, Aug. 11, the Lancaster County Coroner's office announced the following morning.
