Police ID Pizza Delivery Driver Killed In Philadelphia Authorities have named the 29-year-old deliveryman shot and killed in Philadelphia on Thursday, June 20.  Danny Matthews of the 2400 block of Harlan Street was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital, city police said.  He was shot while sitting in the driver's seat of his car on the 2000 block of Ridge Avenue, according to investigators. Authorities said he was the victim of a robbery.  No weapon was recovered from the scene and no arrests had been as of midday Friday, police said. The Homicide Detectives Division is investigating.

17-Year-Old Killed In Philadelphia Shooting Was Recent High School Grad, Family Says Isya Stanley, a Philadelphian who recently received her high school diploma, was killed in a shooting at Fairmount Park last Friday, June 14, according to police and loved ones. Police Name ATV Rider Killed In Philadelphia Crash Authorities have identified the ATV rider who died in a North Philadelphia wreck on Thursday night, June 13.  Michael Anthony Pembleton was headed south on Broad Street when his ATV hit the passenger side of a Subaru near Westmoreland Street, PPD said.  Pembleton, 35, was taken to Temple University Hospital and pronounced dead around 9 p.m., city police said.  The driver of the Subaru remained on the scene and no arrests have been made, officials said. An investigation is underway.

Police Search For Driver In Deadly Philadelphia Hit-Run A 44-year-old died after being struck by a runaway driver in Philadelphia's Frankford neighborhood on Wednesday night, May 29, according to city police.  Authorities said the victim was struck just before midnight while crossing the 1800 block of Torresdale Avenue. He was taken to Temple University Hospital and pronounced dead minutes later, police said.  The suspect vehicle is a silver or blue Honda CRV that fled east on Torresdale.  Anyone with information is asked to call the Crash Investigation Division at 215-685-3180.
