Drunk Man Flees Crash Into Bicycle In Delco: PA State Police A Brookhaven man was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after a hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian on a bicycle, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Saturday, Nov. 9. The hit-and-run crash happened at the intersection of South New Middletown Road and Farm Drive Middletown Township, Delaware County on Friday, Nov. 8 at approximately 8:26 p.m., according to PA State Police in Media.
