A Lancaster man is facing charges after allegedly pushing a victim down the stairs during an argument, leaving them with serious injuries, Manheim Township police announced on Monday, Nov. 18, 2024.
David Joseph Most, 70, of Lancaster, is accused of aggravated assault and simple assault stemming from the incident on the 700 block of Scotland Court on Sunday, Nov. 17.

Yaniv Gola, 51, was sentenced on Tuesday, Oct. 22 after being charged for making phone calls threatening to injure, rape, and kill eight different victims, the US Department of Justice said in a news release.
After serving the prison time, Gola will be placed under three years of supervised release, the Department of Justice said.
