Shots Fired Into 5-Year-Old's Bedroom, Lancaster Police Say A 5-year-old was awoken early Friday morning, Sept. 27, when bullets shot into their bedroom, Lancaster City Bureau of Police announced later in the day.  Officers were called to a report of shots fired in the 500 block of Juniata Street around 2:25 a.m. They found "multiple shell casings and one live round of ammunition after canvassing the area," as written in the release.  A witness told police they heard multiple gunshots and saw two men running toward Stevens Avenue. Central PA Landlord Charged With Rape: Police A Lancaster City landlord has turned himself over to the police on charges related to a rape investigation, police announced on Tuesday, Sept. 24.  C. Michael Rohrbach, 76, "was acting in the capacity of a landlord/property manager during the reported assault," in Oct. 2018, the Lancaster City Bureau of Police stated in the release and as dated in the court docket.
