4.25 Lbs Of Heroin Seized In Traffic Stop Leads To 4 Arrests In Central PA Four people have been arrested after 4.25 pounds of heroin were found in their vehicle during a traffic stop early on Wednesday,  Oct. 23, Lower Paxton Township police announced. Raydi Fabian-Lizardo, Joel Junes, Sandra Severino, and Demetrius Torres have been arrested after a traffic stop turned into a massive drug bust. The traffic stop happened in the 5000 block of Jonestown Road around 12:45 a.m., the police detailed in the release. Undercover Cops Bust Crack Dealer In Quarryville, Police Say A Quarryville man has been charged following an undercover drug bust, the police announced on Thursday afternoon.  Jesus Samuel Torres Jr., 20 of the 100 block of East State Street, was arrested following a warranted search of his apartment at 6:10 a.m. on June 6, according to a release by the Quaryville police.   Leading up to the search the department says it "conducted undercover narcotic purchases as well as surveillance of the suspect's apartment."
