Felix Daniel Ortiz Jr., 42, was arrested after officers found him fleeing the crash scene and later admitted to hallucinating from drug use, police said. Cumberland County Prison Inmate Found Dead by Apparent Suicide: Officials A Cumberland County Prison inmate was found dead by apparent suicide, officials announced on Friday, Nov. 8.  Amanda Beth Dunkelberger, 48, was discovered unresponsive in her cell on Thursday morning, Nov. 7, at 8:45 a.m. Correctional officers performing routine rounds made the discovery and immediately initiated lifesaving measures. EMS arrived at the Carlisle facility at 8:55 a.m. and continued resuscitation efforts, but Dunkelberger never regained consciousness.
