Multi-Vehicle Crash Knocks Down Pole, Wires At Busy Doylestown Intersection: Police A multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Limekiln Road and Sandy Ridge Road in Doylestown Township has caused significant traffic disruptions, police announced on Tuesday, Jan. 21 at 9:03 a.m. The collision brought down a utility pole and wires, forcing authorities to close the roadway for an extended period, according to Doylestown Township police. Crews from PECO and Verizon were dispatched to remove the wires and the damaged pole, police said. Drivers were urged to avoid the area and seek alternative routes until the road reopened at 12:34 p.m., according to an update by police
