Counterfeiters Targeting Spirit Halloween Stores in W. Whiteland, Downingtown: Police Two counterfeiters appear to be targeting Spirit Halloween Stores in Chester County, according to police. A pair of men attempted to pass counterfeit $100 bills to the Spirit Halloween store in the Main Street at Exton Shopping Center located at 270 Indian Run Street on Wednesday, Oct. 23, the West Whiteland Police Department said. They also attempted to pass the fake bills at other stores in the shopping center, according to police.
