Police ID Family Dead In Bucks County Double Murder-Suicide
A 59-year-old Bucks County man killed his wife and son before turning the gun on himself, authorities said. Steven Chow shot and killed 21-year-old Raymond Chow and 63-year-old Amy Troung while they lay in their beds, before fatally shooting himself a short time later in "The Ridings of Buckingham" neighborhood, they said. DA Will Not Seek Death Penalty For Temple Policeman's Accused Killer
The death penalty will not be sought for the 19-year-old charged with Officer Christopher Fitzgerald's murder, the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday, July 10.
