Pair Of Tropical Systems Threaten To Become Next Named Storm Of Hurricane Season Forecasters are monitoring a pair of systems in the tropics that could develop into named storms. One system, called Invest 94L, is now in the Central Atlantic, and expected to pass near the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico on Friday, Oct. 18, and then move toward the Turks and Caicos or the Dominican Republic this weekend, according to the National Hurricane Center. Pennsylvania Man Spared Prison Sentence In Turks And Caicos After Ammo Arrest: Report Bryan Hagerich will avoid jail time and pay a fine of $6,700 after being accused of bringing ammunition to the British territory of Turks and Caicos, 6abc reports.  Hagerich, a Pennsylvania dad, was caught with 20 rounds in his baggage in February, authorities have said.  He was facing a possible 12-year sentence but received a 52-month suspended sentence and a fine instead, according to the report.
