A Pennsylvania school van driver is accused of preying on two young boys in his care, leading to his arrest, troopers announced on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
Arthur Harner, 78, of Selinsgrove, was taken into custody after Pennsylvania State Police in Selinsgrove received two Childline reports on Thursday, Jan. 23, exposing allegations of sexual abuse against a 10-year-old Winfield boy and a 6-year-old Selinsgrove boy.
The alleged assaults happened inside a school van between Aug. 28, 2024, and Jan. 22, 2025, in Penn Township, Snyder County, police said.
