Suicidal Driver Charged With Homicide For Striking Pedestrian Into HBG Toy Store: Affidavit A driver has been charged with homicide by vehicle after a high-speed crash killed a man in a wheelchair, Harrisburg police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 12.  Ricardo Alfredo Contreras-Cordero was driving north on 2nd Street when his vehicle left the roadway, crashing into multiple buildings and striking a pedestrian on the west sidewalk.  The collision occurred around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, in the 300 block of North Second Street. Man In Wheelchair ID'd After Fatal Treasure Trove Toy Store Strike: Dauphin County Coroner The man struck dead by a vehicle outside a toy store has been identified, Dauphin County officials told Daily Voice on Monday, Oct. 7. Eusebio Forestier, 68, of Harrisburg, was using a mobility scooter when he was struck by a vehicle, the officials told us citing the Dauphin County Coroner's Office.
