2K Steelton Residents Without Power As Fallen Trees Cause Outage: Police Fallen trees have left nearly two thousand Central Pennsylvania residents without power, police announced on Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 1.  The outage was reported around 1 p.m.  The fallen trees are in the 300 block of Swatara Street in Steelton, according to the police.  "Residents and businesses are experiencing a power outage," the police said.  Students are also being dismissed early due to the outage, according to the district.  Roller Families, Due to a power outage in the area students riding buses and parent pick ups will be dismissed at noon today and …
