Girl Shot Dead Inside Philadelphia Apartment: Homicide Detectives
A 17-year-old girl was found dead of a gunshot wound on Monday morning, July 15, Philadelphia police say. Officers responded to a home on the 5900 block of Chancellor Street around 9 a.m., PPD said in a release. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. No weapon was recovered and no arrest was made as of Monday, they added. Homicide detectives are investigating.
