Chandra Burns, originally of Philadelphia (according to her social media) and most recently of Harrisburg City, was found unconscious near the bus stops at Second and Market streets around 7:30 a.m. on March 27, the police detailed.

EMS made efforts to revive her but ultimately she was pronounced dead at 8:30 a.m., according to the coroner's office.

The police do not consider her death to be suspicious and explained that there is no threat to the public.

An autopsy has been scheduled for Thursday.
