A 40-year-old motorcyclist died following a crash into a guardrail in York County on Monday night, authorities said. Jason Gibson had been traveling north on Seven Valleys Road when he failed to negotiate the left curve at the intersection with Seitzville Road which caused him to collide with the guardrail, Pennsylvania State Police said in a release on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. A York County, PA robber was caught by US Marshals in Northern Maryland — three months after a second child told authorities they were sexually abused by him. A 16-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by a man at a cookout, and a recording has surfaced of a woman helping him do it, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. A 32-year-old fisherman died on Indepence Day, according to a release by the York County Coroner's office. A 71-year-old man who was found unresponsive in his Central Pennsylvania pool over the weekend has been identified, authorities said. Richard B. Flickinger was found in the pool at his home on the 3100 block of Grandview Road in Penn Township, around 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 1, York County Coroner Pamela Gay said.
