Called-in and emailed bomb threats prompted evacuations at multiple polling places, the district's attorney's office confirmed on Tuesday, Nov. 5. The following morning the FBI informed they believe Russians were responsible. Threats were made at locations across Pennsylvania, according to a statement by Governor Josh Shapiro at a press conference on election night. None of the threats were credible, the Gov. A Chester County father and his two adult sons were charged for poaching "dozens upon dozens" of trophy bucks, according to authorities. Carl Nelson III, 70, of West Chester, and his sons Carroll Nelson IV, 44, of Downingtown, and Mark Nelson, 40, of West Chester, are facing a total of 71 charges stemming from a multi-year investigation, the Pennsylvania Game Commission said. A Chester County area basketball trainer is accused of sexually abusing child athletes for years, prosecutors say. Zachary Ray, 31, of Wynnewood, is charged with aggravated indecent assault, child pornography, unlawful contact, and related counts, said the Chester County District Attorney's Office. An 11-year-old Amish boy was struck dead on Friday, authorities say. Samuel K. Fisher of Peach Bottom was riding a non-motorized scooter in the 1500 block of Slate Hill Road in Drumore when he was hit by a passing car on Aug. 25, the authorities told Daily Voice. Javier Camacho, a West Chester man who was last seen by loved ones in February, was found dead in Philadelphia, his family members say. He was 48. A Pennsylvania man didn't seem too upset about his recent arrest based on his mugshot Jonathan Shaffer, of Phoenixville, beams in the photo after West Chester police charged him for DUI.
