Tolls Increase On These 4 Bridges Between NJ, PA For First Time Since 2011 Tolls are going up on four Delaware River Port Authority bridges between New Jersey and Pennsylvania on Sunday, Sept. 1 for the first time since 2011. The increase on the Ben Franklin, Betsy Ross, Commodore Barry, and Walt Whitman bridges went into effect at midnight.  For passenger vehicles, motorcycles, and small trucks, tolls increased from $5 to $6. For recreational vehicles and mobile homes, tolls go up from $.7.50 to $9 per axle. Fake Federal Agent Steals Sailboat In PA River: Police A man claiming to be a federal agent was chased down in a stolen sailboat in the Delaware River on Thursday, Aug. 16, according to authorities. City police were patrolling the river near Penn's Landing around 7 p.m. when a member of a sailing club flagged them down about a stolen vessel, the department said.  A Philadelphia police boat cruised south and spotted the sailboat near the Walt Whitman Bridge, where a Coast Guard unit was already in pursuit, authorities said.  The thief stopped the boat, identified himself as a federal agent, and told the Coast Guard team he was armed,…
