Infant Suffers Broken Bones From Sexual Abuse By York Officer, PA State Police Say
A 13-month-old baby girl is receiving treatment at the Hershey Medical Center after a brutal rape left her with broken bones. A man who is a York City Police Officer and US Army National Guard Calvary Scout has been arrested on charges in connection with the infant's sexual assault, Pennsylvania State Police announced late on Tuesday, April 16.
