Indecent Exposure On College Campus Leads To Charges For PA Teen: Police A Mechanicsburg teen is facing charges after allegedly exposing himself to a woman on a local college campus, Upper Allen Police announced on Friday, Feb. 22. Brian Santiago-Mundo, 18, of the 4500 block of Rolo Court, exposed himself to a female victim on Dec. 26, 2024, authorities said. Messiah University Department of Public Safety assisted in the investigation, police noted. Santiago-Mundo was charged with Indecent Exposure and Open Lewdness. His case was bound over to the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas following a preliminary hearing, police said.

The crash occurred at about 8:38 a.m. along the 1000 block of West Lisburn Road, according to police. Investigators determined the driver was traveling too fast for the icy conditions, causing the Jeep to leave the roadway, crash through a fence, and strike a stone wall.
