A 23-year-old man has been texting nude photos and videos of himself to children for the past three years, Manheim Township Police announced on Monday, June 24. A Cumberland County man has been arrested for sexually assaulting a young teen he babysat. Harry Ruppert, 67, of 1100 block Rana Villa Avenue in Camp Hill, has been arrested in connection with a complaint filed by a 14-year-old.
