The Chambersburg police released details shortly after urging the public to avoid the 500 block of Nelson Street in Chambersburg due "active incident" on Tuesday, Nov. 15. Officers were called to the area for a "suicidal subject within the residence" at approximately 10:46 a.m., the department stated in an updated release that afternoon. A crash on Interstate 83, a missing Harrisburg man, and a skeleton found on an island in Lancaster nearly a year later, are all linked together authorities announced on Wednesday, Oct. 5. The body of Stephen Zborowsky, 53, was found on Thursday, Aug. 18, just four days after he was last seen by family members, Lower Moreland police said. A Pennsylvania man wanted by police on aggravated assault charges killed himself when the US Marshals Service showed up at his door, authorities said. Authorities ID Inmate Who Died By Suicide At Bucks County Jail: Report
The third inmate to die by suicide at the Bucks County Correctional Facility this year has been identified. Floyd Harper, 37, of Tullytown, hanged himself inside the jail, LevittownNow reports citing the Bucks County Coroner's Office. He was pronounced dead Sunday, July 3, by medical workers at the facility, said James O' Malley, Deputy Director of Communications. This is the jail's second death in 30 days and its third death this year.

For the second time in a month, authorities have announced they are investigating an inmate's death at the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
