An 18-year-old man from Chester County has been arrested in connection with the rape of a young child, authorities said. German Domingo-Garcia of West Grove was charged with rape of a child and indecent assault of a child under 13 among other charges, according to the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department. Maryland Man Arrested For Recording In Chester County Court, Police Say
A Maryland man was arrested for recording inside of a Chester County court, authorities announced. Police were able to view the footage after making contact with a caller following the incident on Sept. 17 just before 1 p.m., the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department said. It was not clear what or how Michael C. Semich, 29, was recording in court on the 900 block of West Cypress Street in New Garden Township. Police: DUI Man Tries Leaving Scene Of Chester County Crash With Child
A 31-year-old Toughkenamon man was under the influence when he crashed his car and then tried walking away from the scene with a child who had been riding in the car, authorities said. Felipe Sica-Cuyuch was charged with DUI, endangering the welfare of children and related traffic offenses, according to the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department. Sica-Cuyuch struck a vehicle around 7:35 p.m. on March 13, at at the intersection of Newark Road and Baltimore Pike, in New Garden Township, police said.
