A tractor-trailer hauling a tank of chocolate syrup rolled over in Lebanon County on Wednesday morning, July 24, authorities explained. The crash happened in the 1800 block of South Forge Road/PA Route 117 near the Campbelltown roundabout in South Londonderry Township, at 2:55 a.m., according to township officials. A fatal crash near a hospital closed PA Route 322 for several hours on Friday morning, July 19, Derry Township Police announced in a release. The deadly crash happened in the 800 block of East Governor Road/PA Rt 322 around 3:30 a.m., according to the police. The area is along the same road as the entrance to Penn State Milton Hershey Medical Center, as shown on Google Maps. Toddler Struck By Truck On Rt. 322: Authorities
A toddler was struck by a box truck in Annville on Thursday, May 11, 2023, authorities say. Emergency medical services and police were called to Risser-Marvel Farm Market located at 2425 Horseshoe Pike/PA Route 322 South Londonderry Township at 10:37 a.m., according to Lebanon County Wide Communications. The child was with a family member at the time of the crash, yet somehow the child was alone in the roadway when it was struck, authorities said.
