North Middleton Township police were called to the crash in the 1100 block of North Middleton Road on Saturday around 2:45 p.m. Frank Montalbo, 54, of Owings Mills died at the scene. Montalbo lost control of his bike on a slight curve, leaving the roadway, striking a utility pole. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
