Police: Shots Fired During Child Custody Exchange In Central PA, 2 In Custody Two people were in custody and one person hospitalized after gunfire broke out during an arranged child custody exchange in Lancaster County, authorities said. Rashaun Taylor and  Thalia Ortiz, both of Reading, were arrested shortly after police issued a Be On The Lookout "BOLO" alert Sunday night, the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department said.
