Man Dies From Infection Following Car Crash: York County Coroner
Weeks after a serious car crash a 65-year-old man has died due to an infection he contracted while recovering from his injuries, the York County Coroner announced on Monday, May 1, 2023. Timothy Billman of the 3400 block of Admire Road in Dover Township "clipped" a telephone pole and slammed head-on into a tree-on near his home on Admire Road near South Salem Church Road at 5:10 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2023, according to the coroner's release. A 4-month-old boy died from an infection not parental abuse, reports PennLive. Brian Wagner, 34 of Newville, is standing trial for the homicide of his 4-month-old son Finnick in July 2017. Dr. Michael Laposata, a medical expert testified, "This child was likely to die," on Tuesday when questioned by the District Attorney. Finnick mostly had a fast acting infection prior to the fever that prompted his parents to take him to Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center on July 6.
