Student Claims Guards Assaulted Them, Sues PA Middle School: Lawsuit
A student in an Allentown middle school filed a lawsuit claiming they were assaulted by guards, leading to severe injuries, the legal document states.
The lawsuit claims that Francis D. Raub Middle School and Allentown School District created an environment that led to the assault, according to the legal document. The middle school's principal, Jose Delgado, and a former superintendent, John Stanford, were also named as defendants.

A student at a Chester County school is in trouble with police after a knife fell out of their backpack, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Troopers were called to the Avon Grove Charter School, located at 110 East State Road, West Grove, at about 11:18 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9, state police said.
The knife is described as a pocketknife which was discovered when it fell out of the student's backpack, according to state police.

An aide to a non-verbal elementary school student in Cumberland County has been charged with endangering him after other adults witnessed the abuse and the boy came home with bruises on his face, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Monday, Sept. 30.

Philly Area Janitor Gave Students Candy Then Sexually Assaulted Them, DA Says
A 23-year-old middle school janitor has been arrested for sexually assaulting two student in Suburban Philadelphia, authorities said.
Rushon "Shawn" Drayton, of Paoli, abused students ages 14 and 15, while working at the Valley Forge Middle School, and got friendly with them by handing out candy, Chester County DA Deborah Ryan said.
