Pick-Up Slams Into Newberry Township Home, Police Say A pick-up truck drove into the porch of a home in Newberry Township on Friday, Aug. 16, area police announced.  The crash happened in the area of Red Mill and Yocumtown roads in Newberry Township just before 12:30 p.m. Yocumtown Road is open but drivers are advised to use caution in the area. No injuries were reported.

Harrisburg Woman Killed In York County Crash (Developing) A 39-year-old woman has died at the scene of a crash in York County, on Tuesday, Oct. 4, authorities say.  The crash happened in the 700 block of Old Trail Road in Newberry Township shortly after 9 a.m., according to Township police.  The Township police department's preliminary investigations show a 2017 Toyota Corolla was speeding southbound when it crossed into the northbound lane and struck a 2013 Jeep Wrangler.
