The lucky winner earned the $1 million prize playing the Millionaire Bucks Scratch-Off, said state gaming officials on Friday, Dec. 1. A 41-year-old Pennsylvania man who left a bar intoxicated was shot and killed by state police troopers after "intentionally" driving his pickup truck into one of them and crashing into a police SUV, authorities said. A delivery driver admitted to charges of homicide by vehicle and seven counts of reckless endangerment in a Pennsylvania Turnpike crash that killed a 5-year-old girl, WFMZ reports.
