Another person has been charged in a neighborhood feud that left a 28-year-old man dead in 2020, authorities in Bucks County announced. Kelvontae Nasheed Perry, 28, has been charged with murder in the December 2020 Bristol Township shooting death of Shaquille Love, Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub said. Love, 21, was not involved in the feud, but he had a childhood friend associated with one of the feuding neighborhoods, police said. A Philadelphia man who was convicted of raping a child for eight years was indicted for concealing that crime to obtain U.S citizenship, federal authorities said. Approximately 14 months after he was granted U.S citizenship, Sumo Dukulah, 47, was arrested for raping a child, beginning when she was eight years old in 2004 and continuing until March 2013 when she was 16 years old, according to Acting United States Attorney Jennifer Arbittier Williams.
