Feds Charge NJ, PA Firearm Companies With Illegally Storing, Selling Ghost Guns
Three New Jersey and Pennsylvania-based firearms dealers and vendors are being charged with civil complaints for failing to comply with New Jersey’s firearms public nuisance law, federal officials announced.
The charges come against FSS Armory, a New Jersey licensed gun dealer, and two Pennsylvania-based gun companies, Patriot Enterprises Worldwide LLC, a gun show company known more commonly as Eagle Shows, and Not An LLC, a ghost gun products vendor doing business as JSD Supply, New Jersey Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin said on Tuesday, Dec. 12.

Officials in Harrisburg are warning Pennsylvanians to check their fridges.
All "Hilltop Meadow Farm" brand "60 Day Aged Pepper Jack Raw Milk Cheese" with a sell-by date of Sept. 21, 2023, or sooner should be thrown away said the state Agriculture Department in a release.
Testing of the cheese has shown the presence of the bacteria Listeria monocytogenes, authorities said.
As a result, Hilltop Meadow Farm of Pine Grove, Schuylkill County, is voluntarily recalling the product, according to regulators.

Emmaus Woman Critical, BFF Killed In Crash During Road Trip To Arizona
A road trip of two best friends from Pennsylvania to Arizona ended in tragedy in Ohio.
Kamryn Setzer, an Emmaus native, and her best friend, Emily Stevens, had uprooted their lives and were en route to relocate to Arizona, when Stevens lost control of the 2013 Hyundai Elantra on Interstate 70 on Friday, Dec. 1, Columbus police said.
Their vehicle struck a guardrail near the exit to Interstate 71 and North Broad Street on the southbound side of the highway around 10:05 p.m., killing Stevens at the scene, said those who knew her on social media.
